A foremost Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) expert, Mr. Nkanga brings decades of experience regulating operations across the defunct Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), from which he retired as Director of Health and Safety. He is an authority in Municipal and Industrial Waste Management and is renowned for his team leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Mr. Antai brings extensive experience from the Nigerian Oil and Gas regulatory sector, having served in various capacities within the defunct Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), where he retired at the rank of Deputy Director. Prior to retirement, he served as the Zonal Operations Controller at the Warri Zonal Office, overseeing industry-wide compliance with statutory regulations and operational guidelines. He brings exceptional leadership, mentoring, and strategic management skills to the firm.
Prof. Ekpo Eyo Antai

Prof. Antai brings extensive experience in Health, Safety, Environment, Community & Security (HSECS) matters, with a specialisation in Biological Oceanography. He has worked in various capacities as a consultant for UNDP/IFAD and currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Oceanography, University of Calabar. He is a member of several professional bodies including the Marine Biology Association (UK), the Nigerian Society for Biological Conservation, and the Nigerian Society for Microbiology. He has conducted over 60 consultancy studies spanning more than 30 years.

She is a co-auditor for OGTAN Training Organization (2022) and a facilitator for OCTAN QMS 9001:2015 Certification (2023).

During his service, he held roles as Principal Staff Officer (PSO) at Tin Can Island Port Lagos, Head of Joint Operations (JOPS) at Aso Rock Villa Abuja, and Chief Security Officer (CSO) at the SGF-Presidency.
